What do we do?

A day full of activity and fun, adapted to suit individual needs.  Our staff and volunteers help make the day relaxing, fun, engaging and interactive.

 10.00 – 10.30   Welcome with tea, coffee, biscuits, chat and newspapers/magazines

10.30 – 11.30   Selection of ‘Active’ Physical Games (bean bag target, foam football target, skittles, boules, chair yoga)

11.15 – 12.00   'Brain' Games (Musical Bingo, Cards, Hangman, Quizzes, Make-A-Word

11.45 – 12.00   Prepare for lunch at 12:00.

12:00 – 12:30   LUNCH – all clients have hot two-course lunch – main course and dessert

12.30 – 12.45   After-lunch sit-down, relax, read newspapers/magazines, chat

12:45 – 1.30   General Games (Snakes & Ladders, quizzes, crosswords, Bingo)

1.30 – 2.00   Tea, coffee, cakes, biscuits and chat

2.00 – 3.00   General Games (Snakes and Ladders, quizzes, crosswords, Bingo, etc)

3.00   Home time
